Whilst working at Havas Helia, the world was in the throes of a semiconductor chip crisis. Our client Skoda had waiting times of up to year for new orders and were worried about losing customers. I proposed that we created an online space called The Green Room, where they could start to receive their driver benefits before their car arrived, and generally be treated like a bit of a celebrity. The Green Room became their new customer onboarding program to entice buyers to stick with Skoda.
